Service and Terms
Upon conclusion of our initial consultation, whether it be in person, by email or by phone, our prospective clients will receive a proposal within a weeks time. After all items are agreed upon, a deposit contract is drawn up which requires a 30% down payment with the remaining balance due 5 business days prior to event.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to event. No deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of event.
